The service

MoEasy learns your brand, creates social content, and — when you allow it — schedules and publishes that content to the social accounts you connect.

MoEasy provides the media and distribution engines. You do not need your own accounts or keys with our suppliers.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything MoEasy creates for you. We only use it to run the service for you.

You confirm you have the right to use the material you upload, and that publishing it does not break the law or the rules of the platform you publish to.

Plans, credits and payment

Plans are billed monthly or annually and include a monthly allowance of content, research, media and publishing, plus a credit balance. Allowances reset each billing period; credits are consumed as you use the service.

If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are released and you are not charged for it.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Failed payments may pause automated publishing until the payment succeeds.

Automation and your control

You choose how much MoEasy does on its own, from approving everything yourself to full AutoPilot. Turning Auto Publish off stops scheduled items that have not yet gone out.

MoEasy does its best to check facts and freshness, but you remain responsible for what is published under your brand.

Acceptable use

Do not use MoEasy for unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to break its limits, security or isolation between customers.

Availability and third parties

Social platforms change their rules and interfaces. Where a platform does not support a format or does not report a metric, MoEasy will say so rather than pretend otherwise. We cannot guarantee a platform will accept or keep any particular post.

Ending your use

You can cancel at any time, and delete a workspace or your whole account from Settings. Deletion is permanent.
