Privacy Policy

What we store

Your account details (email and name), the brand information you give us, anything MoEasy learns from your website, the media you upload, the content MoEasy creates for you, your plan and usage records, and the social accounts you connect.

Your material is private by default

Brand materials and uploaded media are kept in private storage. They are not publicly reachable simply because you uploaded them. Files are only served to you through short-lived, signed links.

The only action that makes anything public is you publishing it — or approving MoEasy to publish it — to one of your own social accounts.

Separation between customers

Every workspace is isolated. Your brand voice, media, calendar and analytics can only be read by your account, enforced in the database itself, not just in the app.

Service providers

MoEasy uses a small number of processors to run the product: cloud hosting and database storage, an AI provider for writing and media generation, and a distribution provider for posting to your social channels. They process data on our instructions only.

You never need your own account or keys with any of them.

Social accounts

When you connect an account, we store the connection and the account's public handle and identifier, so we can publish on your behalf and read the performance figures the platform makes available. Disconnecting stops this immediately.

Keeping and deleting data

You can delete a single media file, a whole workspace, or your entire account at any time from Settings. Workspace and account deletion removes your content, media files, calendar, connections and usage history. It cannot be undone.

Records we must keep for accounting (such as payment history) are retained only as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it erased. Brand Voice can be exported as a Markdown file at any time from Brand Studio.
